It was an absolutely amazing Sunday Morning....The kids and I wanted to get up early and walk to church today (they are really into walking lately)...but it was RAINING! Anywhooo...Dave got up and went to correlation this morning at 7:30, so I knew I would have to be up early to get the kids breakfast, dressed and in the car to be on time for church today. We are always at least 20 min. late--whoops!
Brooklyn woke up sometime in the middle of the night and wouldn't settle, so we finally put her in bed with us and tried to go back to sleep. However, it is nearly impossible with a 1 1/2 year old kicking you, trying to define "HER" space in "OUR" bed. Then she decided to wake up when
Dave did--I wasn't quite ready for this, but decided I had better get the show on the road! Shortly after, Madison and Jacob woke up and I quickly whipped them into gear:) We had already had baths last night and church clothes picked out, so I felt we were one step ahead of the game! I quickly made some yummy cinnamon roll oatmeal--their favorite--got each of them dressed and hair done and had them sit on the couch quietly to read some books while I got ready. Surprisingly, they did as told, I was able to get ready in about 15 minutes and we were 2 minutes late/on-time for us! The kids all went in happily to their classes. Brooklyn was our usual handfull during Sacrament Meeting, but 1/2 way through she fell asleep--oh how wonderful for me! Then all 3 kids came home and took a great afternoon nap! All is well in Zion today--okay, so our home is reall y NOT zion, but today it sure felt like it! Thanks kiddo's for helping to have a wonderful morning!

Yay for synchronized napping!! Hope you got one too. I love you too! Thanks for your sweet comment. I love to be able to keep in touch through our blogs. It will be so fun "someday" to get together. I think the kids would have a blast.
Wow! Once Jord and I have kids, you are going to have to teach me how to get ready in 15 minutes. You are quite the supermom!
I'm so glad you got to have a relaxing Sunday, I wish they could all me like that!
Glad you were able to have a good morning! Carson is a nightmare during sacrament meeting. Last week we had stake conference and after the opening prayer he says, "time for nursery" He was not happy when I told him we didn't get to go to nursery
I love those Sunday's, when everything goes right. I am sooo overdue for one.
